General Pest Control
Termacide Pest & Termites Control is designed to control the common seasonal insects we have in Central Texas. Pest Include (Bats, Bees, Spider, Centipedes, Millipedes, Mosquitoes & other household pest).
The first treatment is called an Initial General Pest Control Treatment, and is not only a treatment but also an inspection on the property to point out conducive conditions that
can cause issues with pest. General Pest Control is a two part service that includes interior / exterior perimeter treatment of your home. Our technicians will treat the exterior perimeter of your home, exterior doorways and window thresholds, weep holes and around soffits and eaves on the outside. On the interior our Technicians will treat the interior & garage baseboards, corners of the walls, HVAC / hot water heater cabinets and behind kitchen appliances.
The products that Termacide Technicians use, are all low in odor and will not stain any surface but will leave a clear residual barrier to protect your family, pets and home. The chemical products that is being used are all mixed with water to give a finished solution that is safe for your family and pets when properly dried but will leave a protection barrier, for the listed insects above. The exterior service is where the majority of the defensive work is done. The technician will start on the outside of the home, we ask that all people, children and pets be brought inside when we treat the exterior perimeter of your home. The outside treatment starts with de-webbing all cobwebs around doors, windows and soffits and eves.

The next step is a power spraying treatment around the foundation perimeter of your home, 5 feet out away from the house followed by hand spraying around door and window thresholds.
The final step is treating with an insecticidal dust in all the weep holes, cable and plumbing penetrations on the side of the house. After the exterior treatment is completed we ask that you properly let the chemical treatment dry. Usually one hour before letting pets or people outside again. On the interior of the home we ask that all toys, clothing and shoes be picked up away from the baseboards and corners of walls as this is where the majority of all the treatment will be directed towards.
Children and pets need to stay away from treatment on the inside, we recommend pets be placed inside a kennel or be taken away from the home and children be placed on a couch or leave the home as well. The same principle recommend on the outside is recommend on the inside for drying. After we treat throughout the interior of the home, we will treat the garage and place monitoring glue boards down to catch insects like spiders when they try to filter into the garage. This is a tool for the home owner and technician so that they can see what has been going on the environment in between visits. After the treatment is completed, Termacide technicians will complete the invoice with
